    How we work

    Core Vitality Lab is an independent publisher focused on supplement comparisons and wellness education. AI-assisted tools can help organize sources and draft summaries; the publisher remains responsible for what appears on the site.

    We do not run clinical trials, test products in a laboratory, or provide clinician sign-off. Articles may contain errors or become outdated, so readers should inspect cited sources and consult a qualified clinician for personal decisions.

    Evidence tiers

    Where an evidence grade appears, it reflects the cited study design, sample size, replication, and limitations. It is not a product efficacy rating.

    Conflict-of-interest disclosure

    Affiliate links create a financial conflict. They are disclosed inline and in our affiliate policy so readers can account for that incentive.

    Source transparency

    We aim to link primary research and authoritative sources. A citation about an ingredient does not prove that a finished product will have the same effect.

    Update cadence

    A displayed update date records the latest saved editorial change. It does not imply continuous monitoring or clinician approval.

    Editorial independence

    The publisher controls the site copy and does not offer brands medical endorsement. Seller claims are identified as seller-provided information when used.

    Correction policy

    Readers can report an error through the contact page. Confirmed material errors are corrected, but no response or correction deadline is guaranteed.
